Beach Ceremony in Oahu - Recommendations

We despratly want to get married with sand under our toes and like Oahu.  However I'm finding it very difficult to host a ceremony with chairs on the beach, do to state regulations.  Does anyone have any recomondation for beach ceremony locations that would allow set-up.  We're only expecting 20-30 guests, so large F&B minimums are out of the questions.

Thanks for your help!!

richnikki is right, no set-ups on the beach, but Ko Olina and Turtle Bay

Hi there! Yes, I agree. I'm from the mainland and the only 2 places I found were Turle Bay and Ko'Olina. I ended up going with Ko'Olina as my 'on the beach-toes-in-the-sand' resort. Turtle Bay was too far since most of my people were staying downtown Waikiki and Ko'Olina was easier to rent a shuttle and bring them there. You can also try Paradise Cove but I wasn't really feeling the plastic chairs they set up. Message me if you have questions. Good luck!
