Hello everyone!
I need a bit of help. I am 6 months away from my wedding date and am down to the final details. We are going to be having an open bar at our reception (Dekoven Center, Racine, WI) and we have to find our own bartenders as our location doesn't provide any or allow the sale of alcohol as they don't have a liquor license. We will be purchasing alcohol in advance so we literally just need 2 people to mix drinks, but they must have a bartender's license. Will be paying an hourly rate that the bartender feels is sufficient as well as whatever tips guests leave will be for them to split up at the end of the night.
Specifics for 2 Bartenders:

4:30/5:00pm - 11:00pm (unsure of start time as of now) so 6-6.5 hrs

Also, I will be having a chocolate fountain and a cheese fountain, serving a variety of finger foods such as pretzels, nacho chips, mini bagels, marshmallows, bananas and strawberries. The bananas and strawberries will have to be cut frequently so they don't brown of course and stay cold until eaten. Also, the fountains must be kept at a certain level to flow properly. Rate will also be hourly. Negotiable of course! Not sure what is sufficient.
