  If you want to have fans, that would be lovely, but I don't think I'd have them double as programs, because people would treat them as trash.

  We have actual programs with information regarding the reception at the reception.  Outside we are having program fans that have general information (wedding party name, order of the ceremony, musicians names and parents names)

  I guess it's just me, but I'm not wild about "keepsakes" with all kinds of things printed on them for weddings.  It's just an area where couples spend lots of money that I think they need not spend, and it gives future couples the idea that they have to spend on something "cute", "clever," "creative," and "unique", when it really isn't necessary.

  They were not expensive, I'm DIY and we live where it will quite possible by 90 degrees plus outdoors in June.  The fans are made of cardstock, they aren't necessarily "keepsakes". They are doubling as programs to save money.  For 200 of them I am making them myself for $42.
  My questions was: is there a good template to print them on?? However, after playing around wtih wordI think I have it figured out.
