Good Morning Everyone!!!!
I had my weigh in this morning and I am down 1.6 lbs from last week!!! Yay!!! Hopefully next week I can be down 2 lbs... I also decided that I would stop drinking soda and its actually been 2 weeks today since I have had my last soda... I am surprised I managed to go this long lol...

Breakfast: Cheerios w/ banana slices
MS: Nature valley granola bar
L: Turkey burgers and a side salad
AS: 8 mini rice cakes

Going to dad's to have dinner... (not sure what he is making)
Workout:
1 hr of cardio on the treadmill...
