Make Up Artist?

6 months to go and counting...will be here before I know it!

I am planning from out of town and am having the hardest time trying to find a makeup artist who is willing to travel to my hotel to do makeup for myself and four others before the ceremony. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am not picky, not bridezilla, and am certainly not confident in my own personal makeup abilities for my special day and just want something that will last throughout with minor touch-ups!

What are going rates in that area for something like this?

Please leave names, numbers, and a note or two about what you loved/did not love so much about the person!

My MUA Kristin Colaneri traveled to my hotel and did myself and my 2 BMs. I loved her. For you and 4 others her rate for airbrush makeup only (no hair) would be $450. Kristin is really fun to work with. I think she solely does airbrush makeup now.

Congratulations! If you don't mind me asking, which hotel? The area of town largely depends on which makeup artists we could recommend based upon where they travel.
I am using Rayven Williams with Beauty and the Blush (clicky). I know one bride (personally) who used her and her makeup was gorgeous. She does on-location airbrush makeup and her rates start at 75$. I am getting ready in downtown Dallas, so she will not be charging me extra for mileage considering that I am close to her.

I used Angie Williams (www.awweddinghair.com) and she lives in Frisco and came to my hotel at NW Hwy and 75. For my hair and makeup (airbrush) it was $275. She also did my mom and five of my bridesmaids for a grand total of (I think) $795. Her prices may have changed, but she is very talented and (I think) very reasonable.

I'm using a relatively new artist, Nicole Cano. My friend gets her hair done for special events, and I trust her opinion enough to book her. She does hair and makeup, and has a facebook page.
Her rates were some of the cheapest, and she doesn't have a minimum.

I used Lynn Eason and she did my makeup as well as my 5 bridesmaids, my mom, and my SIL. She did a great job!

OP- you might still email Rayven and ask. The day of my bridals she was actually in Fort Worth for a wedding (and couldn't do my makeup that day). Her rates are some of the cheapest I have seen for airbrush makeup! She is so sweet too!
