I was so excited for my hair and makeup trial today. Not only was that scheduled, but my mom and I were also going to get hair cuts prior to the trial. The girls I was planning on going to had an independently ran salon in a loft of multiple different salons (little closet like rooms that each stylist rented). Well, my girls were no shows.
As much as I was looking forward to seeing the trial, I REALLY needed a hair cut. Oh well, my mom and I got margs instead.
Neither answered their phones and neither have responded back to me...so far anyway. I work in social media, so I know the importance of saving the face of your brand and how negative reviews/posts/tweets, etc can really affect your business. Why don't people care more about the brand they built??
I'm definitely disappointed because they were the perfect balance of quality work (from photos anyway, I didn't know them at all) and my budget, but I have put the feelers out there on Facebook and have been searching Yelp for some options. Lets hope something works out because I have just over a month to find someone and get a trial done, etc!!
