Hey ladies,
I'm hosting a bachelorette party next week and want to do a special martini for the bride. I want to do something fruity and light for the summer, any thoughts?

I like Melko's idea of having a pink drink and calling it "blushing bride". I have 2 pink martini recipes that could work:

Cotton Candy Martini: vodka, amaretto, and pink lemonade. Shake with ice and pour over cotton candy or not, it'll taste just like it!

Pink Lemonade Martini: citrus vodka, chambord, and sweet and sour mix. Shake with ice and a lime wedge and pour into a martini glass.. the lime wedge will turn pink in the shaker.

Well it's not a martini, but its my new favorite drink. The Hurricane. The way I make it is:

1-2 shots Rum
1 shot Spiced Rum
1 shot peach schnopps
grapefruit juice
grenadine

There's other variations that include vodka or gin, but this is my favorite.

It's fruity and light and a pretty pink color

Thanks for the cotton candy drink recipe, I ended up substituting a rasberry schnapps for the amaretto and it was perfect! Will be using it this weekend.
