Just got a call from the New York Times!!!

I submitted my Aug. 11 wedding announcement to the New York Times a couple of months ago. I figured me and my FI would be a long shot to make it into the NYT Weddings/Celebrations section (no Ivy League degrees, no famous parents, etc.). But, yesterday we got a call from a fact checker! They said it's not 100% guaranteed, but the reporter spent about an hour interviewing me and FI, which I think is a good sign. Fingers crossed!!!
