We won a wedding contest!!!!

I just got a call from President Tuxedo, that we won 2nd place in a contest i entered. The guys get free vests AND we get 2 free roundtrip airline tickets to the place of our choice (330 countries to choose from)!!

I'm so excited! We have an appointment in January and we'll find out more. (We forgot to budget for a honeymoon- opps!! so we've been putting off planning one. Good things come to those who wait)

Just an FYI - but they do the free vest thing to everyone. It ended up being $5 off each tux, which is still $5 you don't have to pay. However, the airline tickets are new, so congrats!

Yeah... we won 2nd place too... Just sayin'. Sorry to be a Debby Downer. And they had a catch with the tickets, I couldn't remember what, so we just went with Men's Warehouse for tuxes and booked our HM through bookit.com.

Yes, we won this too....but I cant remember what the "restrictions" were with the tickets. We ended up going with Miricle wedding village in dearborn. They were less then $100 for the tux.

Yeah, not to be a Debbie Downer either, but I won a free trip to Vegas -- if I sat through a 2 hour time share pitch and who knows what else. I also won a free second photographer, tuxedos, etc. etc.

I got really excited about the Vegas thing and even considered jumping through the hoops they required, but in the end I didn't. Just be wary, but if there aren't any unreasonable catches, go for it!

President Tux has that deal like all the time, for Black Friday if we set up an appt we got the airline tickets too. The restriction is that wherever you go, you have to book so many nights in a hotel that is on their list. Not saying that it couldn't be legit, just make sure you really look into it.

I won 2nd place as well with president tuxedo. I guess it really is too good to be true if so many people are "2nd place winners". It did peak my interest in their tux, but I think we are going to end up going with a different place as we found the grey tux we want for a cheaper price.
