On your post in your Saturday checks you said you had your hair and makeup trial today.  I had mine too so I clicked your bio to see who you were using.  I didn't find my answer, but I found out not only are we both using Jerome, we are both using DJ Melee.  DJ Melee is actually at the aquarium tonight and we are meeting with him tomorrow.  Who are you using for hair and makeup?

    I'm excited to hear back from rswan about how her wedding went, and how DJ Melee worked at the Aquarium! 

    Hair and makeup weren't big vendors for me, because I am a very laid back kinda girl, so I didn't end up going with the best of the best recommended. I'm using Imagine by Carleen (clicky) from Branford for my makeup and Bliss Salon (clicky) in Mystic for my hair.

    Gotcha!  We just got home from meeting with him.  He referenced his wedding but didn't really give much info about how it went.  According to his facebook page last night he said he was having a blast and the crowd was good.  I can't wait to hear what Becky says.  I also asked him today if he's worked with Jerome and when I first said Studio1923 he said no, but then I mentioned Jerome's name and he thinks he's worked with him.  I'm really excited to work with both of them.  I was iffy about Melee about a month ago because of his slow response time but now that our wedding is on his radar I'm not worried at all.

    The response time had me a little worried too, but based upon how popular he is on our board + his other gigs + his new baby, I sort of understand, haha. I'm glad you are feeling better about him now too.
