Letting MOH, Groom, MOB, etc, see my Knot Tools?

I can't see a "how to use the Knot" board and the Help sections aren't helping me.  So I imagine there's a number of ways to do this- getting them to sign up with the site and maybe I can give certain accounts access?  Or giving them my login and password (less comfortable with that as I don't know if more than one person can login as the same person at once, is that a TOS violation?) maybe.

What's worked for you?  I want some people to have access to my budget and to see my favorites, things like that.

    Well, thank you for the warning about the parents thing- I don't see my mom doing that, but then people do stuff all the time we don't see coming, so.  Still, I think letting my fiance have access makes sense.  I suppose I can export my guest lists, as my MoH has helpfully volunteered to deal with the invites.....

    The Knot tools are helpful but you can do the same exact thing in excel.  This way you can save it to your computer and email it to those who need to see it.

    Google docs works really well for us!  It's on the cloud and you can share with everyone.
