  Hi,
  
  I've never been to Celebrations for a wedding, but did go to a Satnurday night Bar Mitzvah there about 5 years ago.  I remember if being nice, food was decent, nice space from what I can recall.  It was a long time ago, but I don't remember having any specific complaints, and it was definitely a nice room!

  I went to a wedding there in April and I am actually going to a wedding there this weekend.  It is an ok place- I wasn’t that impressed.  The lines for drinks were ridiculous.  It was a 15 minute wait to get a diet coke.  The food was decent but I thought the dance floor was very tiny.  The wedding we went to had about 500 people, so that might have been an issue.  Overall, for the price you pay, it is nice. 
  
  We looked at doing our reception there- I went in February.  If you don’t sign right away, they will lower the price dramatically.  But be warned, they are pushy and will call you constantly.  I received calls every third day- with each time the price being lowered by a dollar per person.

  I looked there, it was nice...except it's attached to a strip mall and that kinda threw me.  If you come from one direction-you won't see it, but if you come the other way you see the strip mall before you see the venue.

  I had my reception there in 2009.  Nothing but great things to say about them leading up to and for the actual day.  I'd recommend in a heartbeat.  GL.

  I have been to 2 weddings there and wasnt really impressed. the bar was outside the room, so at both weddings thats where most people were hanging out, instead of the dance floor. Also, at the second wedding there was another wedding next door and during the speeches all we heard was the music blaring from next door and could barely hear the actual speeches.

  Thank you everyone!!  All of this input is extremely helpful!  kirab2 - definitely let me know what you think after this weekend!  Anyone have any favorite places in or around Philadelphia that I should look at?  Still very early in the process, so I'm welcoming any and all feedback.

  My friend recently just went to a wedding there and had some of the comments that the other girls had, that it was okay, but she wasn't that impressed.  That it was a weird set-up with the bar. 
  
  I know that my friend is now having her reception at the Eddington Room in Bensalem and is really pleased with them so far.  I also went to a wedding at the Emerald Room in Philly http://giorgiosemeraldroom.com/
  
  It was really beautiful, the dj was really good and there wasn't a line for drinks as one of the other girls mentioned.  The staff was friendly also.  Have fun planning
