any suggestions on how to keep white wine and bubbly cold during our ourdoor reception?  We are providing the drinks ourselves.Keeping them in a cooler with ice means they will be all dripping wet, but there won't be enough room in the fridge.

    I would keep them on ice either in a cooler or the tub Milk suggested.  It's the best way to keep them cold. It's even cooler than a fridge.  Just have a towel near by to wipe the bottle down.






    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.
