Sunset wedding - What do I serve afterwards

My family and I are going to do all the catering for my reception and I have never been to a sunset wedding but that is what i want. the ceremony will start around 8:30-9:00. What should I serve afterwards?  It is going to be very casual and I was thinking Snacks, Desserts, Drinks, and Dancing. Should I just do a dessert bar with fruit. or should i do hours de vours and a wedding cake?

That sounds beautiful. :) Our reception is a late one as well. We've decided to do desserts! As long as you mention in the invite that it's a dessert (or whatever you choose) reception, people will eat before they come. I think out of all that you listed, desserts would be easiest with different types of cakes, small cheesecakes and chocolate covered fruit! You could include things like a coffee bar as well and make the desserts the center of attention because you won't be having a full meal. :) Have fun and good luck!

    It's spelled hors d'oeuvre(s).

It's totally up to you as to what you serve. I'm a bigger fan of salty things over sweet, so my vote would be for the hors d'oeuvres and cake.
