Private Estate/Home Locations for Oahu Wedding

Any suggestions for a beach/oceanfront private estate or home for an outdoor wedding with ~100 guests? (Therefore, outdoor space is more important than the interior of the house).

Nothing too upscale and want to avoid the ones with packages, e.g., Lanikuhonua, since I want to keep costs down and do a lot of DIY.

My sister had her wedding at Da Pink House and it was a great location! Want something similar to Da Pink House.

Oh, and preferably not North Shore area b/c we will have a lot of out of towners who will likely stay in Waikiki.

    What about Kualoa Ranch??? Affordable and very open space.

    Lani actually doesn't have any packages (at least not that I know of) - you only pay to rent the location, everything else is brought in by you. You can make it as upscale or laid back as you want. We had ours there and almost everything was DIY. We were able to have a wedding for 200 ppl for ~$28K; of course there were places that costs could have been cut, but we decided to splurge.

    There's also Moili Gardens. GL.

    When is your wedding? I would not suggest trying to get to north shore during the surf competitions though. You will be stuck in traffic for hours.

    I am also looking for a private estate for my wedding location.  I am from Kaneohe and really wanted to have the venue on the Windward side, but I am having trouble finding a venue that will accommodate at least 100 people.  I really wanted an estate on the beach!!  HELP!  ;-)
