Hi ladies,
I took my inspiration for my veil and wedding hair from Kate Hudson's style in Bride Wars...I loved her whole look in that movie (well, let's face it, she's just adorable in every movie!

My veil is two-tiered: the bottom layer is cathedral length and the top is a mantilla style. The two pieces are detachable. I'm only wearing the bottom cathedral veil to the ceremony and then wearing the shorter-length veil to our cocktail hour at the reception, and I'll probably keep it on for the first dances and cake-cutting (just for the photo op). I'm not wearing anything over my face in the way of a blusher. My hair will be in an updo along the same lines as Kate Hudson's hair in this picture (i.e. the veil will go OVER the updo, not tucked in behind it):

I was thinking of a small tiara or something that wouldn't leave my head/hair completely unadorned if I decide to take off both veils at the reception. Is that too much all at once: two veils, a big updo, and hair jewelry/tiara?
My dress is VERY formal, with a 90-inch cathedral length train and much detail throughout the bodice and skirt. ('ve never been able to find a picture of my exact dress, but this is pretty close to it, though the dress in this picture may have even more embellishments than mine does:

So, would adding a small tiara or other hair jewlery be too much?
Sorry this is so long! Thanks for the help!
