How did you word your Engagement Announcement?

I'm preparing the forms to publish our Engagement Announcement in the local newspapers, but am having a problem.  It asks for information regarding employment, and I don't work anymore.

I had a 15 year career in Pharmaceuticals, then became unemployed while dating my fiance.   We now live together and I my fiance earns a good living so I don't have to go back to work.  (yes I am very grateful - especially since jobs are so hard to find.)

So what I have been doing is basically housework, cooking, gardening, and riding my horses.  But I have no idea how to word this in an appropriate way. 

Anyone else here not working and how did you word your announcement?  Thank you for the help!

    Can you just leave off employment altogether? Just have the announcement state your names, hometowns, maybe parents names, etc (basically all the other info except your and your FI's jobs). It might mean calling the paper and setting up the announcement over the phone instead of just filling out a standard form, but that might be the best way.

    Tiny that was my original idea, but my fiance would like his employment in the paper for business reasons, and I feel like I should have some sort of info to correspond. 

    Maybe something like "currently pursuing equestrian and domestic endavors?"  Ugh, but I just hate to refer to myself as "domestic!"  What's a better word.....?

    I'm probably TOTALLY OVERTHINKING this!  LOL!
