handmade chocolate rose lollipops

Just a few questions about lollipop favors.  Do I make one per person?  More, just in case someone takes an extra?

How do I pass them out?  Have them on the table already?  Passed out with cake?  By the door when you leave?

All suggestions are welcome!  Thanks for your ideas!

    I would have them at the table already. Save the time by not having to pass them out, or people taking too many. You can place them in the center or across each plate.

    An alternative would be to attach your table designation cards with their name on it, layed out in alpha order on your table when they arrive.
