All-Inclusive?!

So FI and I are trying to decide where to get married... We want a destination wedding, however we just discussed this last night and his family will probably not be able to afford to go (even though we're planning early and giving them a few years notice to save.......... Yell*frustrated*), unless we pay which isn't fair to my family!  So now we're looking into something closer to home.  As some of you may know, my family lives in southeast Michigan and his family lives in Coldwater, OH, so we're looking for something in middle to northern Ohio, so it's more convenient for FI's family.  Now here's my problem... I've been trying to find an all-inclusive venue, where food, drink, cake, linens, etc. are all included in one price, to relieve some stress (considering the DW flop is pretty stressful as is) and because I don't live there so it's even harder to find individual vedors.  However, all of the venues I've seen online (we live in Michigan and can't check out Ohio venues just yet) that are all-inclusive are pretty hick and shabby.  I was also hoping for maybe a B&B or nice hotel venue to accomodate my OOT guests.  Any suggestions/websites would be very much appreciated!  Thank you everyone for all the help you've been giving me!!!

I'm getting married at Glenmoor Country Club in Canton. They include food, alcohol, cake, and the basic table linens in their price. They also have an on-site hotel and spa.

No idea on pricing or whether it's all-inclusive, but maybe check out The Lodge at Geneva, east of Cleveland? They do the wedding, reception and have a nice lodging facility, too.

Just curious... which venues have you checked out online? Maybe we can offer some info on them. It's been my experience that not all web sites do their venues justice and it's a bit of a shame. Skyview Lodge, offhand, is a very nice venue 'in person', but their web site sucks.

It would also be helpful to know your budget and # invited.

Glenmoor is amazing and so beautiful! We had prom there back in the day and it was great. It's great for weddings too. We had our reception at Landerhaven and they can do everything you were wanting (food, bar, cake, table linens and dinnerware, and they can also do your flowers). We didn't get our cake or our flowers there though. The regular wedding packages include your meal and bar and all your necessary linens and stuff for the tables but other items can be added on. I believe that Windows on the River downtown will also take care of everything you need, but when I spoke with them they said they have a 150 guest MINIMUM so if you are having a smaller wedding it's probably not what you're looking for.

Todaro's in the valley is all inclusive and has a contract with a hotel to shuttle your guests to the hotel after the reception. Pretty reasonable too.

Bertram Inn in Aurora is pretty much all inclusive, food, alcohol, basic wedding cake and basic linens are included in the price. Minimum packages start at around $50 or so per person for food packages and can go up to $80.  There also is a fee for having the ceremony there, $6 per person. You can download a pdf on there website. http://www.thebertraminn.com/

I'm having my wedding there. Its wonderful.
