help! too late to find a new church

Okay...so we found the perfect church 8 months ago and we love it. But the contract says we cannot move the organ or the piano..which just so happen to be right in the way of where our bridal party would stand...organ on one side piano on the other. Any suggestions on how I could ever so kindly get the church to allow me to move them...they are both on wheels and we would have no problem putting them back. I just need advice pronto.

    It would probably be easier to move your wedding party. I would ask the person doing your service where the wedding party usually stands  and if you don't like it maybe have them stand further back or have them sit in the first row.

    There are legit reasons for not moving organs & pianos. The piano needs to be in tune & organs don't need to be moved either. Move the wedding party around somehow.
