Gift Registry 360 and other online retailers

I have a Williams-Sonoma registry linked with Gift Registry 360, but I have also added items from various stores that are cannot be directly linked with GIft Registry 360, such as Amazon and Best Buy. If someone purchases a item listed on my registry (not in the Williams-Sonoma registry) from an online retailer that cannot be linked , which are not linked, how will the item be updated in Gift Registry 360? Sorry, I don't fully understand how Gift Registry 360 works.

    Do you know if which "universal" registry sites would have the functionality that I would like?

    I was using GR 360 but it didn't have a lot of the items I wanted and then I looked into amazon and they have waay better prices and everything I have wanted so far
