  I don't know what your style is, but have you tried the Grand Promenade at Pat O'Brien's? It is a nice size ballroom and pretty much all the decorations (mirrors, candles, hurricane lamps) and linens are covered with the price of the venue.  Just a thought.

  The plaza club also has a complete city view and they have all the table chairs china etc. and do the catering so everything is in one place.
  
  Also remember the bushnell does not have a great back-up plan. If everyone doesn't fit inside in case of bad weather you are pretty much up a creek.

  I would recommend La Orilla del Rio.  AWESOME balcony right on the riverwalk and they provide tables and chairs and the price was reasonable for the location.  Good luck!
