  Congratulations on setting your date! I felt such a sense of relief once I had a venue and a date booked! It's sooo close too, that's so exciting! I know what you mean about not wanting to pass up the Sunday evening deal, even though it's a different month from what you were looking for. FI and I were originally looking for a Saturday in December, but we ended up with a Friday in January, partially becaus of venue availability, but we're also saving almost 5k on the venue by doing that, so that alone makes it worth it!
  
  Also, glad you had a good time on your trip! I'm jealous, I really need to get away! Would you recommend St. Maarten for a honeymoon location? I have no idea where to go, or what we can even afford.

  </div><div>St. Maarten was great. It is a unique island because it is two countries in one. One side of the island is French the other side is Dutch. It's a safe island that you can walk around on your own We took the public buses (little mini vans) everywhere with the island folks. It was great. The shopping is fantastic. I got my FI's wedding band there and we brought back tons of alcohol for the Wedding. 2 bottles of Grey Goose for $25! It was crazy.
