Looking for this dress-PIP

I know this is a long shot, but if anyone owns this dress and is willing to sell or has any thoughts on how I could find one please let me know. I purchased one on eBay, but unfortunately the seller listed the wrong size and I cannot make a size 00 work! It's a White House Black Market off the shoulder dot print dress. I am looking for a size 4, 6 or 8.

    That's really unfortunate, I'm sorry to hear that.  Can you at least return it and get your money back from the missized one?  It's adorable though, I hope you find it!

    I did get my money back, and the seller was really apologetic about the whole thing....but I still really want the dress and it's been basically impossible to find :-(
