Run On - Opinions?

Hi All -

I am thinking about joining run on for their runner 101 classes, does any one have any expierence with them?

I need something to kick my butt into gear for weight loss in general and the wedding. Thanks!!

    I have a friend who takes their classes and loves them. I want to, but the days of the week just don't work with my schedule and I don't want to miss any days if I'm paying money for it.

    If my schedule worked with Run On, I'd totally do it.  I know a lot friends who start out in their training classes and get so much out of them.
