Another music question

We have a very small Bridal Party, MOH & Best man, Should I just have one song or do you think it would be ok to do a different song for me? I was thinking of using Marry Me - Train for FI and bridal party and Bridal March - Jonathan Cain for my dad & I

What are your thoughts??

You can use two songs :)  I'd just make sure the DJ knows to fade in/out early so the guests aren't listening to 6-7 minutes of music. (And, trust me, you'll be impatient anyway!)

We used Marry Me by train for the family and bridal party to enter. The DJ then faded it out and I walked in to All you need is love by the Beatles. That song worked well since it has a nice horn fanfair at the beginning of it. Then we walked out to Will you go with me by Josh Turner.

I should have added that I don't have a DJ - the owner of the gardens will be in charge of music. I have to give them a CD with the music or Ipod. Not sure how I could fade the music using either of those. I'll have to ask if they can do that with their equipment.

Do two different songs. Then people will be able to have a distinct change to know that you are coming instead of the bridal party. That also allows the minister/pastor/judge to be able to signal to people to rise for when you enter.

We didn't have a DJ for our ceremony either. All the person ended up doing to  'fade' the music was to slowly turn one song down, move to the next one and then raise the volume of that one to the desired level. We used an iPod and it worked out great.
