First gifts from the registry came in today!

So our first gifts came in the mail today. In order to keep on top of things I want to send out thank you notes as we receive gifts; however, this has got me thinking. Since the gifts are in response to the shower my girls are throwing me, do I just sign my name or is it ok to put my Fiance's too?

    Wow! that is super exciting!  I saw that our first gifts have been purchased from our registry (yes, I cheat!), but my showers are not until April, so I will keep patiently waiting! (And happily putting off writing thank you's!)

    The first gift I got in the mail was addressed to me only, but I signed both of our names on the thank you card. I'm not sure what is correct etiquette-wise, but I wanted to let them know he appreciated the gift too!
