What are you wearing under your gown, in regards to body shapewear?

I have a ball gown, strapless.  I am hoping to find something that shapes me nicely, yet doesn't itch or feel too binding. Any suggestions?

    My dress is corseted so I'm not planning on any shape wear. Plus I think I would be too hot if I added another layer!

    I'm not wearing any shapewear either.  Have you talked to a tailor yet?  They can build in a lot of things so that you may not need to wear any shapewear.

    My dress has a corset back too and someone suggested Spanx but that would be such a hassle to get out of in order to pee!

    Probably spanxs and a strapless bra thing with corsette waist.  my dress is fairly light/not a lot of structure built in.

    My dress is very loose fitting and flowey, so I will DEFINITELY be wearing some shapewear. I will most likely end up getting something from Lane Bryant'c Cacique department because their stuff is so well made and holds everything together well ;)

    I just have not started looking at them just yet. Last time (ugh I hate saying that sometimes) I used a standard strapless bra along with something like this:

    But it was one that came up a bit higher, to right under the bra. I found that anything that came below that point would "roll down". Also, I got something that had a shorts because my thighs tend to rub and it was really nice not having to be uncomfortable on my wedding day.

    They have spanxs with a hole in the va jay jay area for that purpose..check into that.

    Not wearing any shape wear. I have a corsett..so i should be good !
