Now I'm posting on the right board (10/12 instead of 10/11)

Accidentally bragged about my productive wedding weekend on the October 2011 board by mistake initially because it was the first on listed.  Whoops.  I updated my post to apologize to those ladies. 

Anyways.... we had a productive weekend because we:

We booked our ceremony musicians, rehearsal dinner, pretty much decided on my wedding band, and I think we are close to a decision on invitations.  We also did the dreaded update on the budget to see where things are at. 

I came close on the rings part of the budget, but that was only because his will probably turn out cheaper than expected and off-set the extra cost of mine.  Oooppss... but FI loves mine and is happy to pay that money. 

With a shorter engagement (7 months) things were fast and furious a couple of months ago, but have slowed down to a manageable pace.

    I'm glad I'm not the only one.  Every couple of weeks I will turn to the FI and say "OMG, we have to do XYZ, we are late."
