Peddles! We went to Lee Forrest first, who is really awesome, but it was just way too much money. Vicki at Peddles gave us everything we wanted and more, for less than half the price we were quoted at Lee Forrest.

I am not a flowers girl myself and also have a limited budget.  I am opting for silk flowers instead.  I'm getting silk flower garland to weave around the wedding arch and I'm making my own bouquest with silk flowers, ribbon, and pearl pins.  I will however get real corsages and boutineers from a flower shop.  I'm also having an aisle with tons of flower petals...you can't use silk at most outdoor venues because of the environmental concerns....but you can get freeze dried petals.  Everything you need (silk, freeze dried, ribbson, pins, etc) can be found for very, very cheap at either Michaels or Hobby Lobby.  You can do bouquets for as low as $10 each depending on what you want.  And silk flowers look just as pretty as real ones.  Just make sure not to order online....you want to make sure you check out the product and get what you want.

Another thing I can recommend is centerpieces. I am a DIY bride and am making my own centerpieces....tall vases with ostrich and pecock feathers.  Check out this site....they have lots of stuff for weddings and it's very discounted.

I second Vicki @ Peddles!  You can see her work on my site in the link below.  I absolutely LOVED all her gorgeous handiwork, and I still get compliments on it!  She's very reasonably priced, too.  Lee Forrest does beautiful work, as well - he was our #2 choice, but his prices were a bit higher.
