Mariachis?

Did anyone have any at their wedding? I'm a redneck and I come from a whole family of NASCAR fans :) but FI is Hispanic (you would never know by looking at him lol) but he has hinted a few times how he's wanted mariachis at the reception but knows my family will be kind of caught off gaurd. I think he deserves what he wants for our wedding day so thinking about having them come for an hour or two. Any recs? What would you do in this situation?

    if his one request is mariachis, let him have his mariachis.. and explain to your family that they are a part of his culture. i'm sure your family can handle it!! as far as recs.. i have no idea.. maybe look in the phone book/craigslist?

    I would say let him have it... besides it will add a little spice and romance to the wedding. our families need to rememebr that it's OUR wedding not thiers.. I'm in a similar situation... and im not sooo concerned about pleasing everyone just the Fi and me! :D
