DJ recommendation

Anyone have DJ recommendation that can also act as Emcee? How much do they typically cost?

    Ken at DJK Productions is great. My family has hired him twice, for two Bat Mitzvahs, and he will be doing my wedding as well. He is really good at reading the crowd, picking up on what people are enjoying. He also is very conscious of volume; when we first found him for my Bat Mitzvah, one of my parents big concerns was keeping the music at a level where the older generation can still chat. He also really works with you to figure out your taste in music. Some DJs just let you pick a few songs (first dance, cake cutting, etc) but he really works to make us that you'll like everything he plays. As for cost, he charges $1000 for 4 hours of a basic, music only package. He does do lighting and stuff, but that's not something we were interested in so I don't know the costs. Hope this helps!
