Le Jardin Charmant / Kool Events - are they real?

Is Le Jardin Charmant a real site?? I see them pop up in the venue searches on The Knot and I am actually curious to visit the venue. BUT... I have called Kool Events and I have emailed them and no one ever replies or picks up the phone! I even do google searches to see if any reviews are written about this venue or additional photographs and I see nothing. The only thing that comes up on google for Le Jardin Charmant is the advertisements and listings done by Kool Events. Now, I am starting to think something is strange here. Oh, the worst part is that Kool Events website says how good they are about helping you plan your wedding etc.etc... not really sure what they mean by good service when they can't even bother to answer the phone or email. Anyway, just wondering if there is someone out there that actually got a response from these folks.

    I was thinking the same thing! I reached out to Kool Events a few times in my desperate serach for a venue and I finally did hear back from someone there. I spoke with them about what we were looking for and about a week later she sent over a list of venues. There was nothing on that list that I hadn't come across in my own searches and there was no info about Le Jardin Charmant - which was one that I had my eye on as well. I guess if you're  lazy and don't want to look around at all, and are not on a huge time crunch, they could be helpful, but by the time they had gotten back to me we'd looked at a few more sites and decided on one already. What I was able to see of the site looked beautiful though - a wonderful place for a wedding. Good luck on your search!

    Hi! I was allso loking at Le Jardin Charmant with Kool Events, but felt something was off there too-- any new information on them?

    Hi all. I got in touch with Kool Events. Amy Kool is an event planner, and she was very helpful in my search. She offered up a list of possible venues after we chatted about what I was looking for. However, it looks as though I have found something on my own though as my wedding plans changed a little. 

    Important to note is that the pictures of Le Jardin Charmant seem to actually be for "Revel" on Little West 12th Street in Meat Packing... They do private events too, along with their sister restaurants in SoHo (which is where I think I'm going to be having my wedding).
