  I'm not sure if they're considered budget friendly, but they work with what you want and what you can afford! Aria Style! and John there is REALLY AMAZING. He is so nice and always remembers you and gives great advice

  I'm working with Valentina's Floral design in Kirkland. Jing is AWESOME! I had a very limited budget for flowers and she worked around it.I didn't have to give up on my desire to have Callas and Roses in my bouquet. She really nice and very easy to work with.
