Any help on someone to do alterations on my dress? Just needs a hem and bustle and I am looking to save money on this! Thanks ladies!

    Try Euclid Tailoring on E. 222nd st.  It is in a little building across from City Hall (or maybe it's the high school).  Shop doesn't look like much but her prices are good and her work is excellent.  I've had her do many tricky things for me over the years. She also did my SIL's wedding dress.
