Stumped about what gift to give. Help!

So, I know that this questions has been asked before, but none of the ideas I saw seemed appealing or I didn't think my parents (or his) would use them.

A scrapbook/photo album is out. My mom already has EVERY LAST PICTURE scrapbooked. Haha! And his parents hate "clutter", so all of their pictures are in a digital frame.
My dad loves watches and collects them, but buying him a watch is definitely NOT in our budget.

I'm kind of stumped as to what to get our parents. Please help!

    I would go with a giftcard to a restaurant or to an experience instead of an object.  So tickets to a musical, a night on the town, giftcard to their favorite restaurant, or something of that nature.
