  I've heard great things about the florist at Windfall Market, which is located on Scranton Ave. While I haven't seen the prices personally, I imagine that she'd be a little less pricey than a standalone florist.

  We used Petals by the Sea and were happy with it. She was very accommodating with the budget. There were a few small things that were different than I expected, but overall very good and a lot cheaper than others I talked to.
