Having dress doubts...

So i've been having dress doubts for a couple weeks so i'm going back to the store tomorrow to try it on again. I also want to see it with different kinds of veils and such. Wether i still love it or not, i'm stuck with it because it's bought and paid for!

From what i hear, this is normal.

Well, I'm not to that stage yet, so idk if it's normal or not (I assume it is). My two cents - you look awesome in that dress, and it's beautiful. Idk if it that helps at all.

Ritzy!! You look absolutely drop dead gorgeous in that dress! From other posts I've seen it seems to be fairly common and absolutely normal to second guess yourself. Hopefully once you put it on again you will feel 110% better about it!
My dress is at my house, so when I get second guessy I can go look at it and just seeing it can make me smile.

This is what i hear too...and i have to admit i've felt it a little too! I am definitly not trying to find another dress, but when i looked at DB website i can't help it. I think your dess is beautiful and it will help to try it on again!! :)

I felt that way when I saw your dress Ritz because you just looked so beautiful in it and I wanted the same kind of thing... Hopefully trying it on again will help.

i'm the person who told you this in the first place... but i'll let everyone else know too.
i had major dress doubts, mostly because the dress i got wasn't what i thought i wanted at all.
i tried on my dress every month between getting it in January and getting married in September. each time i put it on, i felt more like i had made the right decision.

I just went through that, too. It went away after I tried it on again (even though I was home alone so I couldn't do up the back and it doesn't fit quite perfectly yet) and I knew that I made the right choice.

I was the same way. What helped me was when I had the total look, the shoes and veil with the dress. Made it feel more real to me.

For the record, I've been thinking about my dress lately and whether it is worth all the money I'm spending on it. So I think doubts are natural.

I had doubts too after I got my dress. I think the biggest issue for me was the price. Yes it was in my budget and looked amazing and I loved it, but I have never spent that much money on a piece of clothing before in my life.

I think dress doubts are completely normal! I have certainly been having them, I think it is hard because you make such a big decision and then don't get to wear it again for like six months. I am sure once you have it on you will feel better.

I ended up unexpectedly finding my wedding dress at a sample sale totally alone. I loved the dress and was so happy to buy it, but the second I stepped out of the store my first thought was "oh god.. that was too quick, it can't be the dress." But then to got it home and put it on again looked at the pictures the consultant took of me and started to relax. I'm so happy with it and can't wait to wear it.

So to answer your question, yes I think it's totally normal to have that reaction.

glad to hear that dress doubts are normal... i have had them since I bought my dress.

but ritzy you look amazing in your dress- I am sure after you try it on again- you will fall in love with it!

Dress doubts are super normal. Ritzy, you look amazing. I know being told that you look amazing and feeling like you look amazing are two different things, and hopefully today you will feel amazing! just remember, you picked that dress for a reason! and sometimes it's hard to imagine the entire thing all together (hair, makeup, veil, etc) But you look beautiful!!!
