Program Etiquitte for Divorced/Remarried Parents

Help! My parents are married, but my fiance's parents got divorced five years ago and his dad has since re-married. The whole divorce went very badly and they are not on good terms. How do we list our parents (and his dad's wife) in the wedding program with minimal awkwardness? I feel that we need to include his dad's wife, as she is contributing to our wedding. Does anyone have any wording suggestions? Thanks!!

    Let me offer an alternative ... no program at all.  It will be one less thing to worry about at the last minute.  We did not have one; no one missed it.

    We are having a full Catholic mass at our wedding so a program is necessary for people to follow along with the service.

    This is how I dealt with my family (similar to OP but with a couple more divorces for good measure).

    I've been wondering about this too, as my parents are divorced and both remarried. FI's parents are married. I was thinking of wording it like this:

    Parents of the Groom:
    Mr. and Mrs. Groom

    Mother and Stepfather of the Bride:
    Mr. and Mrs. Stepdad

    Father and Stepmother of the Bride:
    Mr. and Mrs. Bride's Dad

    Do you guys think this would be ok?
