  I've actually found a bunch, I'm getting married in Sturgeon Bay and i've been looking in Green Bay because of the short enough drive.   
  
  I've been using thumbtack.com which has been awesome.  My budget for photographers is around $500 not $2000 tho. So I hope this helps.

  he did my wedding (if you look through his posts, we are Katie and Jon).  We got married in Green Bay, he is out of Manitowoc, but he will travel. I believe his packages start now at $1800

  Did you try Matt Norman in Sturgeon Bay?  I thought he was under that price point, but he's been pretty high in demand so perhaps his prices have increased.  He's great though!

  I agree with MikkiJoy.  We used Kara Counard for our wedding and the photos are AMAZING.  We have gotten a zillion compliments on them & she's super nice, super affordable.

  We just booked Je Taime Photography by Katie J. (www.jetaimeimages.com).  Looked at about 8 local photographers and like her style and personality the best.  $1650 (incl. tax) will get us 6 hours, all post editing, creative touches etc.
