Glen from Goodwin Lighting was recommended to me by many other vendors (our reception site and photographers), so I was excited to work with him... but have since made other arrangements and am so glad I did!
He quoted me DOUBLE what another recommended lighting company did. When I explained this was way outside of my budget, he was not at all apologetic and said they could possibly knock $50-70 off (of thousands!). When I told him we'd chosen to use the other vendor, he proceeded to harass me and say that I certainly would get what I was paying for and that others try to copy their work but fail. He was extremely unprofessional and sent several emails berating me on my decision. Only when I indicated that I would share his sentiments with my fellow brides did he apologize.
So be warned - Goodwin might put out a great design - but I sincerely doubt it is worth the $$$$ and terribly poor customer service!
