2nd dress fitting... better then the 1st! :)

I had my 2nd fitting last night... and she worked it out so my dress fits now! It didn't at the 1st fitting and I sort of had a little breakdown :)

So she removed the upper part of the zipper and turned it into a corset - it's not totally done yet, she still has to put the modesty panel in and the front needs some more work (so no pic of that yet). She's also doing the bustle as well.

So my next fitting should be my last one - then it gets steamed and I can pick it up!

    Yay! Gotta love corsets!! At my last fitting my seamstress taught my mom not to tie it so tight that it gives you back fat, gotta love her for thinking of that, lol.

    Sandra is a miracle worker, isn't she? I can't wait for my next fitting... she's putting some boning in on my dress that should make sure it doesn't bunch up at the waist. I think that will make a HUGE difference. Plus she's putting some blue beading on it that should really make it pop!

    THIS is exactly what I'm afraid of! I didn't want my mom to take the picture because I knew it was all hanging over the edge :( - guess I'll have to figure something out!
