WACO CATERER NEEDED!

Hello everyone,

I'm having my wedding in Waco on 10/11/12 and I'm still looking for a caterer...

I only have about $800 for my caterer budget, so if anyone has some suggestions, they would be most appreciated.

We were thinking Italian food, but I am open for any ideas..

Thanks!

  • BBQ tends to be the cheapest option anywhere... maybe contact a local BBQ restaurant and ask about their catering. That's what we're doing!

You could check out V-Teck's (BBQ), George's and Ninfa's (TexMex). There's a Carino's since you mentioned Italian food and another Italian restaurant that used to be in the downtown area, I can't think of the name right now.

EDIT: Gratziano's! is the other Italian restaurant

I have been to a couple weddings catered by BestYet, and they are GREAT.

<div>I KNOW!  I went down to see my ILs the other day and there was a story in the paper about it.  It was sad.  Apparently one company owns that, Cricket's, and DiamondBacks.  They closed it to turn it into a banquet space.</div>

  • well that stinks! i really liked that place.

  • How many people are you having? We're using TCP Catering and it came to about $15/pp (but they have options that are even much cheaper than that - we're doing 2 entrees) and they have a location in Marlin...so I'm willing to bet that they do catering in Waco. The food was delish and it's family owned and operated, so they've been great to work with.
