Hmmm, I've seen it that way before and it kind of depends on the flow of your reception. Our DJ actually recommended that the BM/MOH (and I believe our thank you) be before the salads are served because they no one is eating. He said that he liked having the Father of the Bride speech right before the F/D dance because it flow right into it. I think they way you have it is nice, but if the parents aren't sitting at the table with the WP,. maybe the fathers first, then BM & then you....
It's really the dads that I'm not sure who should go first.
I know best man goes first, and our maid of honor doesn't want to do a toast, but I'm totally cool with that (it's definitely not her thing).
edit: also we don't have a DJ so there's really no one to help with the "flow" of things. Our DOC suggested we do them all right before the cake cutting. Everyone's keeping it pretty short and sweet.
