Ideas for a casual rehearsal dinner

I am trying to think of some good places in San Diego that are not too expensive but still good food. I have thought of doing Pat & Oscars, Spaghetti factory, or Phil's BBQ. Any thoughts or ideas?
We will be doing the rehearsal dinner at Twin Oaks House and Gardens in San Marcos.

    We are doing Boca Di Bppo in Mira Mesa! :-) There might be more up there in North County. Good luck!

    There is a Pizza Nova on Twin Oaks Valley Parkway...I love their pizza!

    Since I am having a destination wedding, and I really want a backyard bbq type theme for the rehersal dinner we are planning on going to a local In & Out! :) May be a little more casual than you are looking for. Islands near Fashion Valley is always good, great food, and fun specials.

    I was going to look in to Buca di Beppo for my rehearsal dinner. About how much are you looking at spending there if you don't mind me asking? and for how many people?
