Help! - Catering and Cake

We have no clue where to start! We are thinking about American Dream Cakes in Jacksonville, NC for our cake but we are not sure. Who would you recommend for catering and cake? Feel free to post their URL if they have a website. Thanks (:

    I totally recommend Courthouse Caffe for catering and Kathy Canby Cakes for your cake. 

    Renee at Courthouse Caffe was incredible! She put together an unbelieveable buffet for us while staying on our tight budget.  We had a great tropical themed spread that everyone raved about.  She made sure to include something for everyone.  Even our vegetarian friends left with fulls stomachs which they said rarely happens.  http://www.courthousecaffe.com/

    And kathy, man can she bake!  Just thinking about her cakes make me hungry.  Her cake for our wedding was beautiful and so yummy!  And again, she will really work with you to stay on budget.  We did look into American Dream Cakes, but chose not to visit with them.
