Avoid Country Barn in lancaster. Been to two events there and nothing but problem after problem. If you want details PM me.
Side note, there is a barn in State College near Bellefonte at the old antique shop. Lauxmont Farms has the cobblestone courtyard/barn. I think it's landisville museum but not sure if I'm quoting the right location. Also there is the Duke Farm/Barn south of york.
I'm having my reception at the Yellow Barn at Landis Valley Museum. It has an attached outdoor courtyard you may use as well. It's beautiful, the rental price is fair, and you bring in your own caterer which was a big draw for me.
The Barn at Boone's Dam in Bloomsburg, PA. I had my bridal shower here and have tons of friends who had their wedding here. It's beautiful. http://www.susquehannachef.com/

I am from Selinsgrove PA and looking for an outdoor barn wedding venues. Any ideas?
