Reception locations

I am struggling to find an affordable location between Fredericksburg and Woodbridge for 250 guests... I know, I know... 250 guests is hardly affordable. Would you believe me if I told you my mother was one of 12 kids and my groom's father was one of 14 kids. Yeah, our family is HUGE. If anyone has any suggestions I would be eternally grateful!

    I'm getting married at the Fredericksburg Hospitality House in Central PArk.  I'm not sure what their Max capacity is, but I DO know that my 100 person wedding is only taking up half of their large ballroom.

    For our reception we are using the VFW in Woodbridge, VA.  The catering manager Shelia is great.  Their prices are really reasonable and I've been to receptions there, they are very professional and do a great job.  She has a lot of items available for use too, as far as vases for centerpieces, card boxes, just little things like that.  http://www.vfwpost1503.org/hall_rental.html
