Hello,

I am assisting a friend to plan her wedding.  We are looking for a venue that can accomodate up to 250 people with dancing.  She is looking to spend about $2500 for the venue and perferable the cost of the rental include table and chairs.  she is looking in DC and MD ( PG county, Montgomery county, Howard County, Charles county, calvert county, and Baltimore County)

    She should check out some of the PG county parks rental properties:

    We looked at Newton White Mansion and it was gorgeous, and my FI went to a wedding at Oxon Hill Manor that was also great. I can't remember how much the rental fee was at Newton, but it was pretty reasonable.  They also give discounts if the bride, groom, or any family live in PG county, and I think the tables/chairs/linens were included.

    Defianately Prince George's Ballroom.  Thats were I'm getting married next month.  I think the other ones mentioned above were a little more for rental.
