Hey ladies, I was wondering if you could give me some motivational ideas. Just to get me kick started. I had a baby back in August and she seems to take up all my time, so I am usually left tired and (recently) just a little depressed. (not to worry, its just being a stay at home mom, is more than I expected). But anyways, I find myself laying on the couch whenever she is being good -- I mean besides cleaning and household stuff. Can anyone tell me how they make themselves do it. Everyday I am like "Oh I will start tomorrow" and when tomorrow comes, "I am just so busy and tired... maybe tomorrow". I know it is on me, it's my own fault-- so please don't say anything like that.. but just something to get my ass up and work out. (OH and fyi, I really cant go on walks right now with the baby -- it being below freezing here... lol already thought of that) Thanks ladies
